What is confidence and why do so many people appear to lack it?
Yes. If you have self-doubt, low self-esteem or bouts of feeling lacking in self-confidence, you’re not alone.
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across a full spectrum of ages, classes and backgrounds and I’ve discovered that that feelings of low confidence, of feeling less good or capable than others, have cropped up somewhere with nearly every client I’ve helped.
It’s often that we can be so good at finding examples of where we’re letting ourselves and others down that it’s as if we are creating the situations we don’t want to have happen and then beat ourselves up when things don’t go as we had hoped for.
Having a strong self-belief and a positive level of self-confidence is such an important underpinning for whatever we do in life that I developed a specific programme to help clients take back control of these key feelings.
